3-Hour Hands-On BBQ Masterclasses

Throughout the year we run multiple hands-on cooking courses out of our barbecue school. Taking place on Saturdays and Sundays and running from 11am - 2pm these courses will teach you all you need to know and more! We offer a seasonal menu and the opportunity to cook on charcoal, gas and electric barbecues, not to mention smokers. These courses are the perfect day out for beginners and more experienced barbecuers alike!

Upon arrival you will be greeted with a cup of tea or coffee and your very own Riverside apron. Throughout the duration of the course you will cook around 10 courses along with our barbecue chef who will cover all the basic techniques - from baking to roasting to smoking. And, of course, you'll get to taste everything you cook! Tea and coffee will be available throughout, along with an opportunity for a beer, wine or soft drink.

BBQ Masterclass tickets are £80 per head.

Private Events

If you are a larger group why not consider hiring out our BBQ School just for you and your friends? Our private events can cater for 20 - 60 people and start at £80+VATper head. Again, you will have the opportunity to try multiple cooking techniques on all the different types of barbecues, along with the ability to tailor your menu to suit your party.

The event starts with a fun team challenge, such as our authentic Italian pizza challenge and only goes up from there. With anywhere from eight to fourteen dishes not only will everyone have an amazing day but they won't have to eat for a week!
