Rub of the month: Kosmo's Q Wing Dust

With the first weekend of February being the Super Bowl weekend, we thought it only fitting that we would recommend a ‘rub’ which will top of your game menu. It’s the Wing Dust from Kosmo’s Q.

The Kosmo’s Q brand was founded in 2009 and is the brainchild of Darian. He is passionate about barbecuing and wanted his brand to encourage people to spend more time around the barbecue with family and friends. The passion these guys have has definitely paid off, they have won multiple grand and reserve championships and held the title of American food truck of the year for a year and a half.

With such an extensive range Kosmo’s Q has really managed to cover a lot of different tastes.
If you’re feeling brave we suggest going for the Buffalo Hot or the Seven Pepper ones. If you are catering for a crowd and want to keep it mild, then the lemon pepper or Garlic Parm is just the thing. If none of this appeals to you, you could always go classic with the Buffalo.

Whatever you choose we know your wings will taste absolutely fantastic with this dust.
