Exciting Features

The Genesis® II EP/SP range features an enclosed storage space with stainless steel or porcelain-enamelled doors, allowing for safer and more secure storage of implements as well as hiding the grease management system from view. The barbecues comes with porcelain-enamelled cast-iron GBS® cooking grates as standard which are compatible with all of the GBS® inserts, and include a fold-down warming rack which transforms into the Elevated Tiered Cooking System® when folded down.

Like the existing Genesis® II range, the new EP/SP range features discrete gas bottle storage and is iGrill 3 compatible. Link your iGrill up to your smartphone for perfectly cooked food every time (iGrill sold seperately). The barbecue also features an additional side burner, perfect for making or heating sauces and pre-boiling vegetables. This new range also features a sear burner on the right central burner, allowing for an extra boost of heat to sear off steaks, vegetables or even fish, giving your barbecue the perfect caramelised flavour every time.

GS4™ Grilling System

As with the existing Genesis® II range, this new range will feature Weber®'s GS4™ Grilling System - a system consisting of four components which will ensure perfectly cooked food every time. This system encompasses the infinity ignition which will ensure your burners get lit first try; the high performance burners, designed to ensure even gas flow and heat distribution; the Flavorizer bars which ensure deliciously authentic barbecued flavour and protect from flare ups caused by blocked burner tubes; and finally the grease management system, which funnels away unwanted grease and aids in easy clean up.
