The Smokey Carter Carolina BBQ Sauce - 150 ML

Carolina BBQ Sauce 150ml (Won 1st Place in the 2015 National Chilli Awards for Best Mild Sauce)

Sweet, tangy and spicy. Perfect with pulled pork, ribs, chicken, burgers and all things BBQ. Great as a marinade or a mopping sauce. Mix into a little mayonnaise for a tasty dip.

Ingredients: Spirit vinegar, tomato, water, sugar, cider vinegar, onion, bourbon whiskey, black treacle, honey, garlic, chipotle chilli, Worcester sauce  (water, spirit vinegar, sugar, molasses, onion puree, salt, tamarind paste, ginger puree (ginger, citric acid (acidifier)), mustard, smoke extract, glucose syrup, maize starch, acidity regulator (citric acid), spices.
