FRESH OUTTA THE TUBBY KITCHEN, MY NEW ADOBO STYLE MARINADE. USING HICKORY SMOKED CHIPOTLE, LOTS OF LIMES AND GARLIC.
I get excited about this sauce, it literally makes the best pulled chicken for tacos. Just marinade chicken thighs over night before cooking in the sauce, covered for 70% of the cook and uncover to crisp on top before shredding in the juice! Top with pink onions, guac, refried beans, black beans, coriander and a drizzle of pablo!
